Mr. Victor Tuanwii Ideede was born on the 15th of September, 1977. He hails from Luuyor Gwara in Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. He gained employment on the 19th of September 2010 in the Department of Medical Laboratory Science, School of Allied Medical Science where he currently serves as a Principal Lecturer. He specializes in Haematology and Blood transfusion science. Mr. Victor T. Ideede is currently a Ph.D student in Haematology and Blood Transfusion Science in Rivers State University, Port Har-Court where he also acquired his M.Sc in same specialty in 2018 as well as his B. MLS degree in 2007. He did his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Bayelsa State College of Health Technology, Otuogidi-Ogbia, Bayelsa state where he also served as the CDS coordinator and did his Internship Training in the former Braithwaite Memorial Specialist Hospital (BMSH), now Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH), Port Har-court, Rivers State. He obtained his SSCE certificate from Government Secondary School (GSS) Kaa in 2000 and First School Leaving Certificate (FLSC) from Community Primary School (CPS) I Gwara in 1990. Mr. Victor Ideede is a member of several professional bodies including Haematology and Blood Transfusion Scientist Society of Nigeria (HBTSSN), an Affiliate of International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT). He is also a member of the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) and also an associate of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN). He has served and still serving the college in several capacities include the being a member of the dress code Committee, from 21st March 2024 till date. Has also served as Head of Department (Department of Medical Laboratory Science) form 1st September, 2021to 7th May 2024 and has also served as an Academic Board member from 1st September 2021-7th May, 2024. |
