Biobelemoye Iruo is an administrative officer in Bayelsa State College of Health Technology Otuogidi-Town. She is serving as an administrative officer in  Department of Dental Health Sciences in the School of Allied Medical Sciences.

 Her accedemic journey began at State School, Obiata in Nembe local government area of Bayelsa State, where she obtained her First School Leaving Certificate in 1990, She later got her West Africa School Certificate from Government Girls Secondary School, Nembe Bassambiri in 1996, She went on to complete her B,ed in History Education from the Rivers State College of Education, Rumoulumeni Port-harcourt in 2006. Biobelemoye Iruo also has a certificate of Institute of Corporate Adminstration as a Professional Member in 2021.
