Mr. Ebinyo Nathan is an experienced administrator currently serving as the Deputy Registrar at the School of Allied Medical Sciences, in the Department of Pharmacy Technician Studies (PTS), Bayelsa State College of Health Technology. A Nigerian national, he has built a robust career in office management and public service administration, with a specialization in administrative practice and the functional dynamics of the public sector. Mr. Nathan began his professional journey on the 28th of December, 1999, under a pensionable appointment. Over the years, he has demonstrated commitment to institutional development and administrative efficiency. Notably, he served as the Head of the Admissions Unit and Admission Officer between 2016 and 2019, overseeing critical aspects of student enrollment and regulatory compliance.
