Pharm. Eseimokumo Mac Ebira is a committed academic and licensed pharmacist with over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical education and professional practice. Born on December 16, 1982, he currently serves as Lecturer I in the Department of Pharmacy Technician Studies, School of Allied Medical Sciences, at the Bayelsa State College of Health Technology. His career began in April 2012 with a full-time appointment as an academic staff member, specializing in Pharmaceutical Dispensing Theory and Practical as well as Pharmacology. Pharm. Ebira’s academic journey is rooted in excellence. He earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from Niger Delta University, Bayelsa State in 2007, and is presently pursuing a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree at the same institution. His foundational education includes the West African Senior School Certificate from Stella Maris College, Port Harcourt in 2000, and the First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) from St. Andrew’s Primary School, Port Harcourt in 1994. Throughout his career at the College of Health Technology, Bayelsa State, Pharm. Ebira has held several key academic and administrative positions. He has served as the Head of Department for Pharmacy Technician Studies, where he has demonstrated leadership in curriculum implementation, departmental coordination, and policy alignment. He also served as the Examination Officer, contributing to the integrity and smooth conduct of examinations within the department. In addition to his academic roles, he is an active member of two professional bodies: the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) and the National Association of Academic Pharmacists (NAAP), reflecting his commitment to continued professional development and adherence to best practices in pharmaceutical sciences. |
