Mr. Opunyo Deigh Samuel is a Community Health Practitioner serving as a Lecturer in Community Health Science. He possesses a Masters degree in Public Health from the prestigious University of Calabar in 2023, also a Bachelor of Science degree in Public and Community health from Novena University, Ogume Delta state. He had his Diploma in Primary Health care Tutor (PHCT) from the Premier University of Ibadan in 2018. Also He has his Higher diploma community health officers (CHO) from University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, College of Community Health in 2012.
