Pharm. Akuegbe, Enimeya Dressman, M.Sc, B.Pharm MPSN, MWASP, is a distinguished Principal Lecturer of Pharmacy Technician Studies Department at the Bayelsa State College of Health Technology, Otuogidi, Ogbia Town, since 2020. I had my higher education at Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State, where I obtained a B. Pharm, degree in 2009, followed by a Master’s degree in Pharmacology at the prestigious and great Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, 2017, Osun State, Nigeria. I am currently, a PhD student at the University of Port – Harcourt, Rivers State. I am a member of several professional bodies including Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Bayelsa State Branch, West African Society of Pharmacology among others. I have held several positions namely: Academic Board Representative for School of Allied Medical Sciences (SAMS) 2011. Acting Head, Department of Pharmacy Technician Studies 2012. Head of Department, Pharmacy Technician Studies 2020. Member Representing College Academic Board at the Bayelsa State College of Health Technology, Governing Council, 2023. I have served in several committees in the Bayelsa State College of Health Technology and award recipient in the Pharmacy Technician Studies Department for 2023 and 2025 respectively. I am currently appointed as the Deputy Provost Administration of Bayelsa State College of Health Technology, Otuogidi, Ogbia Town, where I am serving till date. My specialization is Neuropharmacology with a research interest in African medicinal plants. |
