WELCOME TO WORKS PHYSICAL AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT

This is a Directorate under the Office of the Provost responsible for the management of the College fixed and moveable Assets, formulation and implementation of the College master plan, all Architectural and Engineering Designs, Coordination of Contract Projects and Consultants, preparation of Capital budgets and Asset Audit, preparation of procedural manual for Assets maintenance, Sourcing of spare parts and any other duty assigned by the Provost.

The Directorate is made up of Works & Services, Transport and Physical Planning Units
